Baking soda is a common product in many households, and one that has more uses than your average person might think.Here’s a few different used for the soft white powder you probably never would have guessed was good for you!

For instance, did you know that mixing baking soda with lemon juice creates an acne fighting paste? Apply before you head to bed and remove when you wake up, you’ll see a difference in no time!

Want to whiten your teeth, or help fight bad breath? Brush with a little paste of baking soda and salt in your regular toothpaste to whiten, and rinse/gargle with baking soda and water! Trust me, you’ll see a difference and you’ll be thankful for it.

Another great use is for your feet, all you need is three tablespoons of baking soda and a tub of warm water and you can soak your feet in it. This also helps remove any dead skin cells already on your feet.

Alternatively, you can use the same mixture to soak your hands as well. If you want baby smooth, believe me, you’ll try it.

You can even use it on your elbows and knees, removing any dead skin and smoothing them out.

Mixing a tablespoon of baking soda with your preferred shampoo makes a very effective hair cleanser. Treat it exactly like you would without the powder addition, that’s what makes it so easy!
