All you need are 3 eggs which are separated into yolks and whites, 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, tartar or baking powder (1/4th teaspoon), and 1 gram of sweetener, or sugar. Mix yolks with cottage cheese or cream cheese and then the sweetener, in a bowl until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix in your cream of tartar or baking powder and the whites. Beat them to a nice and fluffy texture. Put the yolk mixture into the bowl and mix thoroughly. Take a couple of cookie sheets and grease them up, then spoon out the mix into 8-10 circles. Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes or until you get golden-brown rounds, and then you are all set! Enjoy your bread with no guilt attached!
