I could make an entire meal out of just bread and butter.

If you’re a carboholic like myself, then you know there’s nothing better than slabbing a healthy coating of butter on a freshly baked slice of bread. When I go out to eat somewhere that has free bread, more often than not, after I’m done filling up on the doughy goodness, I end up taking most of my actual meal home with me.

While baking bread isn’t an impossible task, I just don’t have the patience for it. And don’t even get me started on the cleanup. Thanks to the internet, though, I’ve discovered a challah bread recipe that is neither time-consuming nor does it involve dirtying a variety of bowls and pans.

The entire mixing process is done in a plastic baggy, and for that reason alone, this carby treat might be my new go-to fave.
