While I normally wouldn’t encourage people to intentionally leave perfectly good ice cream out to melt, when it comes to this insanely delicious recipe, I will make an exception.

Why would anyone let ice cream melt, you ask? Well, when you add flour, chocolate chips, and baking powder to the sweet treat, you can make something arguably even better than the ice cream itself…just watch.

The best part is, you can use any flavor of ice cream! I think I’m going to try it out with chocolate chip cookie dough and add in extra chocolate chips — go big or go home.
